Our Community Super Users are the true heroes, answering questions, providing solutions, filtering spam, and so much more. I've tried to create the same categories in my mailbox (although this is not a scalable solution) and it makes no difference.įebruary 8 was the kickoff to the 2024 Season One Super User program for Power Platform Communities, and we are thrilled to welcome back so many returning Super Users-as well as so many brand new Super Users who started their journey last fall. When the calendar invite is sent out, it contains the correct category but when it is accepted, it seems to lose the category and thus the colour. However, this is not cascaded down to individual users. I have created a number of categories, in the shared mailbox/calendar, and have assigned them to the calendar event via two possible mechanisms, either a) through the Create Event (V4) / Update Event (V4) category array, or b) via a Send HTTP Request (as per ).īoth methods work, and the calendar item is shown, in the Share Calendar, with the correct Category and colour. I want to assign a category to the calendar events so that visually, they are distinguishable. I have a flow that creates a calendar event, in a shared calendar / mailbox, and assigns recipients, which results in calendar invites being sent out. I'm not sure if this is a flow question / issue or a configuration questions to please excuse my ignorance (and hopefully point me in the right direction).
